Privacy

Pour Decisions is a private app for one group of friends and their JuleØl and Summer Drink Olympics. Only members approved by the organiser can use it, and guests invited to one of the nights.

What we store

Your email address (to sign you in), your name, an optional nickname and photo, your language, the ratings and game results you take part in, and photos you post. To see what gets used and make the app better, it also notes which parts of the app you open and when, and counts your questions to its AI features. No ads, and nothing is shared with anyone outside the app.

Who can see it

Other approved members see your name, nickname, photo, ratings after each reveal, and results. Guests see only the night they were invited to (and the people at it) and The Bar. Only the organiser sees email addresses and what each person uses. Data is stored in the EU (Stockholm) with Supabase and is never sold or shared.

Deleting your data

You can remove your photo or delete your account at any time from your profile page, or ask the organiser to do it for you.

Deleting your account removes your email address, name, nickname, photos, chat messages, phones and the notes of what you opened. Your scores and game results stay in the history without your name, as “Former member”, so past results don’t change. If you won an Olympics, your name stays engraved on Mount Olympour, like on a trophy.
